On January 28, 1999 the Commission issued an order approving interim reporting requirements for electric utilities to report on the status of the competitive energy market in their service territories. The reporting requirements were further modified by another order issued on March 3, 2000 which also included a revised electronic format to by filed by the utilities by the tenth day of each calendar month.
