From the Northway (I-87), take Exit 1E-W toward I-90 East. Follow I-90 East to I-787 South (exit 6A) toward Albany/Rensselaer. Take the Empire State Plaza Exit (3a). Visitor Parking is located in lot V. The Public Service Commission is located in Agency Building 3. - From the South:
From the NYS Thruway (I-87), take exit 23 to I-787 North. Take Exit 3 toward Rensselaer/Empire Plaza. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Empire Plaza. Visitor Parking is located in lot V. The Public Service Commission is located in Agency Building 3. - From the East:
From I-90, take Albany/Troy Exit (exit 6), then stay left for I-787 exit. Take the Empire State Plaza Exit. Visitor Parking is located in lot V. The Public Service Commission is located in Agency Building 3. - From the West:
From the NYS Thruway (I-90), continue east on I-90 to I-787 South. Take the Empire State Plaza Exit. Visitor Parking is located in lot V. The Public Service Commission is located in Agency Building 3. - Walking directions from the "V Visitor's parking lot" to Agency Building 3:
From the North Visitor's Parking Area, Elevators will take you to the Concourse Level where the Convention Center is located. Once in the Concourse, follow signs to Agency Building 3. - GPS information:
Enter 279 Madison Avenue, Albany, NY as the address for the Empire State Plaza. This will bring you to the Madison Avenue entrance near the Cathedral Lot for parking. If you have parking questions, contact the NYS Office of General Services at 518-474-8118. You could also use the GPS Coordinates of N 42.650674, W 73.760061 for the location of the "V Visitor's parking lot ". - Visitor Parking Information

Ellicott Square Building

Directions:
- From the North:
Take the I-190 and exit Niagara Street. Turn right on Niagara Street and proceed into Downtown to the traffic circle at City Hall. Proceed around the traffic circle and take the second right which is Delaware Avenue. Proceed two blocks to Church Street and turn left. Proceed to the third signal light which is Main Street. The Ellicott Square Building is on the opposite side of Main Street on the right hand side. There is surface lot parking as well as ramp parking in the immediate vicinity of the building. - From the South:
Take the I-190 and exit Church Street. Stay on Church Street and follow the above directions once you cross over Delaware Avenue. - From the East:
Take Route 33 (also known as the Kensington Expressway) into Downtown. Exit Route 33 and follow the signs for Oak Street. Proceed on Oak Street for nine signal lights until you come to Swan Street. Turn right on Swan Street and proceed to Washington Street which is the first signal light. The Ellicott Square Building will be on the opposite side of Washington Street on the right side of the street. - By the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority Rapid Transit:
Exit the train at either Church Street or Seneca Street. From the Church Street station, proceed west on Main Street 1 block. The Ellicott Square Building will be in the south side of Main Street. From the Seneca Street station, proceed east on Main Street one block. The Ellicott Square Building will be on the same side of the street. - By Bus:
The Ellicott Square is in the immediate vicinity of the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority Bus Terminal and is 1 block Northwest of the terminal.
Once in the Ellicott Square Building, use the Main Street elevators to the 10th floor. The PSC office is in Room 1050.

- Best Way:
Take the 2, 3 Express Downtown Train. Get off at Park Place. Follow signs for the E Train & Path Entrance. Then take the stairs at the sign that says: "SW Corner of Church and Barclay." At street level you will be right in front of 90 Church Street. - OR:
Take the A or E Downtown Train to Chambers Street. When exiting the turnstile at Chambers Street, bear to the left. At street level from that subway stop, 90 Church Street is across the street, one block away.
