Procurement Lobbying Act
Effective January 1, 2006, all offerers and persons acting on their behalf who communicate with the DPS with respect to certain procurements are subject to the requirements and restrictions set forth in Chapter 1 of the Laws of 2205 as amended by Chapter 596 of the Laws of 2005 (the Procurement Lobbying Act or PLA). Single Source Procurements
Subparagraph ii of Section 163(10)(b) limits the use of single source procurements and requires State agencies to publish single source awards on its website.
