File a Complaint with the NYS Department of Public Service
Before filing your complaint, first seek the assistance of the utility. If you are unable to get satisfactory help from the utility, our Customer Service staff will assist you and investigate your complaint.

For billing or service complaints/inquiries:
      • Call our Helpline at 1-800-342-3377, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday,
      • Submit a complaint via our on-line complaint form, or

For the initiation, termination, or reconnection of service for residential customers:
