What is an "Active" telecommunications company?

The term "Active" means that the companies listed on this web page have completed a required TCCI form, and have current contact information on file with the Commission.

Our company is certified by the Commission but is not listed here?

Your company may not be listed as an "Active" telecommunications company for several reasons including: · If your company has been newly certified since May 20, 2005, you may not have received a TCCI form to complete. · Your company received a TCCI form but failed to complete and return this form.

· Your company had an address change and failed to file a revised TCCI form. A revised TCCI form should be filed immediately whenever there is a change to your company address or contact information.

If your company's name appears as "Inactive," for any of the above reasons, you must file a TCCI form to have your company's name removed from the "Inactive" web page and placed on the list of "Active" telecommunications companies. To submit a TCCI form, see below. Any questions, contact Amanda Kopet at amanda.kopet@dps.ny.gov or 518-473-5349.

How can I update our company's information? If there are any changes to information contained in your company's TCCI form, a revised TCCI must be filed. Click here to view and submit a TCCI form. Any questions, contact Amanda Kopet at amanda.kopet@dps.ny.gov or 518-473-5349.
