A public forum will immediately follow the 6:00 p.m. September 22, 2022 joint meeting of the Indian Point Closure Task Force and Decommissioning Oversight Board. The public forum will include a panel of relevant technical experts. Members of the public are welcome to attend and ask questions.

Participants are those persons who wish to ask a question during the public forum either in person, at the address noted above, or virtually, using the access information listed above.
All participants (in-person and virtual) must pre-register, electronically or by phone, and submit their question(s). The panel will endeavor to address questions received as time allows. Questions will be addressed by topic area. Priority will be given to addressing questions garnering the most interest among registered participants.

Any person wishing to attend the meeting and public forum must pre-register to do so by
6:00 p.m. on September 21, 2022. An agenda will be made available in advance of the meeting. The agenda, when available, and all documents filed in this matter, may be obtained by going to the Department’s website at www.dps.ny.gov, and entering “21-01188” in the box labeled “Search by Case Number.”
