The Customer Engagement Committee is charged with identifying and addressing barriers to participation by all customer groups in the markets and opportunities created by the REV initiative. The committee is being convened by LuAnn Scherer (DPS Staff, luann.scherer@dps.ny.gov), John Williams (NYSERDA, jgw@nyserda.ny.gov) and Alana Mikhalevsky (Central Hudson, amikhalevsky@cenhud.com ).
