    The New York Transmission Owners (NYTO) propose a group of transmission lines including upgrades to existing transmission lines and proposed new lines: a proposed second 57-mile long 345 kV Oakdale - to Fraser 345 kV transmission line following the existing NYSEG transmission corridor through portions of Broome, Chenango, and Delaware Counties; a 150+ mile long 345 kV transmission line from Edic substation to Pleasant Valley substation following existing National Grid transmission lines through portions of Oneida, Herkimer, Montgomery, Schenectady, Albany, Rensselaer, Columbia and Dutchess Counties, with proposed new substations at Princetown and Schodack; completion of a proposed second line on existing transmission towers between Ramapo and Rock Tavern substations in Rockland and Orange Counties; and refurbishment of a proposed 14-mile long portion of an existing NYSEG 345 kV transmission line between the Fraser and Coopers Corners substations, including work in Delaware and Sullivan Counties.
