Boundless Energy proposes to make system improvements including replacing approximately 27 miles of existing Central Hudson Gas & Electric Co. conductors between the Leeds and Hurley Avenue substations in Greene and Ulster Counties; and installation of a proposed15-mile long double-circuit underground 345 kV transmission line from the existing Roseton substation in Orange County to a West Fishkill substation in Dutchess County.
